Quickstart

1Install

npm install @authboundry/core

2Initialize

authboundry init

Creates an AuthBoundry configuration for your project.

3Connect Your Application

authboundry attach --upstream http://localhost:3001

Points AuthBoundry to your application's upstream server. Replace 3001 with your app's port.

4Discover Capabilities

authboundry discover

AuthBoundry learns what your application can do by analyzing routes and handlers.

5Review Authority Model

authboundry status

Review the proposed authority model and confirm the capabilities are correct.

6Approve & Enforce

authboundry approve

Approve the authority model. AuthBoundry now enforces authorization at the boundary.

7Inspect Evidence

authboundry audit

Review the immutable audit log of all authorization decisions.
